Sports Registration

NewBrook's "Good Sports" program is independently run and organized by parent/community volunteers. The goal of the sports program is to provide local students the opportunity to learn skills, take on challenges and be a part of a team.

NewBrook Elementary School is located in Newfane, Vermont and serves students in grades K-5.  The mission of NewBrook Elementary School, in partnership with families and the community, is to provide a safe, inclusive and supportive school environment.  We strive to encourage our students to grow academically, socially and emotionally while challenging each of them to reach their potential as community members.  It is essential for NewBrook Elementary School to continually offer a diverse range of learning opportunities which utilize highly effective and consistent teaching practices and curriculum to assist our students in becoming reflective lifelong learners.

NewBrook’s programs include Art, Music, Literacy, Mathematics, Enrichment, Farm to School, Physical Education, Sports, and Winter Activities. Students build strong academic skills through Fundations® for reading and Bridges in Mathematics, while Art and Music encourage creativity and expression. The Farm to School program connects students to healthy food and hands-on gardening, and the Enrichment program brings special experiences like field trips and guest workshops. Physical Education, seasonal sports, and winter activities such as skiing and skating help students stay active and engaged throughout the year.

In the spring of 2023, NewBrook students created our first map of our school forest trails! We invite you to come WALK WITH US. Choose a walk below to guide your journey. Look for the numbered "wood cookies" on the trees as you walk and stop to participate in the activity created by our students.
